this season of americas best dance crew kind Ahhhhhh whats the word im looking for oh yea SUCKS. The way the some of the judges are praising certain crews arent that serious, i dont feel beatfreakz is that tight there all perfessional dances already and have worked with shane and i dont think thats fair to the other crews for him to be a judge because he makes them seem like there the BOMB and there not i think quest crew is the best there more technical and unique there dance moves aren’t simple like beatfreaks i dont know am i the only one that feels this way, shane sparks should not be a judge this season… i mean how do you think beatfreaks got so far in the comp they should of been gone…FOR REALZ

Fam at 1.51 u can c da chick in da middle was moving to slow and she moved sloppy to catch the bat in the air while the others did it … if i can pick up on that then am sure the judges cud hav aswell… they seriously r being overtated.. all there moves r simple n easy to do whille QC have more intresting moves and require alot more technique to pull off… no lie they r ok 4 girls .. but they are being overrated, if it came down to it QC wud win.. QC have been sick through out da show jus cuz Beatfreakz hav 2 good performances everywun is getting all hyped over it.. n u no wat else takes da piss fly chciks they have been in da bottom 2 for nearly since it began n they r still there but the first time strikers all stars r in da bottom they go .. jhezz am gettin pissed of here
Actually Im a bboy and I can tell you the headspins werent bad.Girl or Man it doesnt matter.Women faught for equal rights so why is now that they are being treated differently.She used her hands quite a bit where as now a days bboys or bgirls dont use their hands at all to do headspins.
The robotic part was ill Ill say that much but I was not feeling what the judges were.Also it doesnt even seem like they can do a proper sweep a proper six step and a proper freeze and chair….I dont see the hype.The popping parts were ill for sure but the headspin(putting on shades is bloody not hard…keeping momentum isnt hard especially when she flapped her hands like 20 times just to get enough speed….its really all in the hips though and she has to turn with it in order to reduce the usage of your hands during headspins…)was fine just not ground breaking….I dont believe some of the stuff people are saying on here.On Point…The truth…bloody hell open your eyes.

Dude, its true that anyone can do the robot, but have they hit it on every beat. That was sick. Even Shane Sparks agreed that it was sick. You cant just pick on one judge when the other two are basically saying the same thing. Difficulty doesn’t matter, as long as they put on a show and having fun doing it, the show will go on. You also can’t say that Beat Freakz aren’t a beasting girls team either.
My point is that the judges aren’t fair. They are giving extra credit towards the breaking moves that beat freakz performs because they are girls meanwhile they judge quest by nit picking even though the level of difficulty is way harder than the freakz. If they are going to judge that way, there should be 2 categories, America’s best dance crew and america’s best women’s dance crew. Hell, anyone can do the robot, it’s not that difficult, yet I see little mama’s dumb ass giving them a standing ovation for doing it. My grandma can do the robot. Little mama needs to take her uneducated ass back to the ghetto. (You know what I mean?)

Yeah I wasn’t being serious but it was sick!!!!! Jabbawockeez are my Idols str8 up but Beat Freakz killed that challenge and that episode. I dont break alot, I’m mainly a krumping/Freestyle/popping/locking/waving kid. But Ima pick up breaking str8 up!!!!!! lol should be fun
A few of you are saying Beat Freaks aren’t all that great, but you have to take into consideration everything they’ve incorporated. Every crew will have a few slips here and there. As for the one doing the headspin, come on, how many chicks do you see do that? And the fact that she managed to build enough momentum to even put on her shades is amazing.
As for them being overrated, no offense, but I think Quest Crew is overrated. I’m not gonna front, Quest is great, but I’ve already seen those dudes on SYTYCD (So You Think You Can Dance). Actually, a few people throughout America’s Best Dance Crew (ABDC) look like they’ve been on SYTYCD. However, all the members of Quest (excluding one) have been on SYTYCD. Look @ Dom and Hok, they were Top 20. Another guy made it really far. Ryan Kim has great charisma. And Steve Terada (I apologize if I spelt the name wrong) is a PHENOMENAL tricker. They are great, no doubt about it.
But take this into consideration. The Beat Freaks ALWAYS bring it. Stumbles or not, they’ve stuck together and continued the choreography and SMASHED it. Quest is great, but the way the Beat Freaks incorporate everything they’re given with their creativity and the help they’ve received is absolutely ridiculous because they’re able to take in the advice given to them and grow strong. Not to say this isn’t the case with Quest, but the Beat Freaks just bring that something extra.

seriously, Beat Freaks destroyed it that episode. holy shit that was a good performance. i actually thought that quest crew had a fighting chance against them, but i doubt it now. Beat Freaks ripped it up. i didnt see any flaws in that performance, not even in the mirroring at the beginning, and not to mention how awesome they held the props. im not a huge fan of shows like this and american dol and crap, but holy shit that performance just like made me love watching abdc now. seriously, those chicks rock.

Obviously some of you who criticize the props, and how “sloppy’ it was never tried to do it yourselves with music like Hot n’ Cold using BATS, moving from direction to direction. Doing a HEADSPIN for a long time, can no doubt get you dizzy but putting on shades that are inside your vest while maintaining balance? Thats crazy.
I hate how some people automatically assume that quest has higher difficulty just cause they do tricks every 5 seconds. Shane praises them for a reason, and his title as one of the best choreographers in the world means that he knows what he’s talking about.
And I agree with bboyClow, the show IS America’s Best Dance Crew, with CREW part of it. Putting tricks in doesn’t make you a great crew.
And for the person who said that Fly Khicks are still here even after they have been in the bottom two, that doesn’t mean they’re not good. Obviously America sees something. Fanny Pak and Super Crew have been in the bottom two repeatedly as well, and look where THEY’VE gone.
I love the Beat Freaks and every Crew ever on ABDC (excluding Fly Khicks), but I don’t think Beat Freaks deserve the amount of credit they’re getting. They have very clean routines, very true, but is it that hard to have clean routines when you aren’t throwing down as hard as we know you can? I personally think they can bring it harder, and they aren’t. Which is why they aren’t my favorite crew. I personally like Quest at the moment, but I’m fickle and judge on a week to week basis. I loved the Beat Freaks preformance with the Zombie Ball (for those of you who don’t know what the amazing flying ball is). I mean I loved it! I went crazy! But they died down. They’re gonna have to pick it back up again if they want to win it. They’re a very good crew, don’t get me wrong, but they aren’t, to borrow Lil Mama’s phrase, “bringin it” as much as they can.
Also, a quick closing jab at Fly Khicks. THEY DON’T DESERVE TO BE ON THE SHOW!!! Sure, they can dance, but any of the guys (yes, some guys can do a split, even though it hurts) in my crew can do almost anything they can do. And, just to make sure this makes sense, we’re a brand new crew and are all amature Bboys. Like really amature. Like can’t do a windmill amature.
Finally, Lil Mama should be thrown in a trashcan for her stupidity. Her comments make no sense and are less than useless; they’re confusing!

I wanna see Freaks do some flares or some d-trix air flares. I’m not assuming that they cant do it, but being girls, it must be hard they require a lot of upper body and arm strength to do that kind of move. SO far I’ve seen a windmills but thats it. They also should clean up their stands, and footwork…that being said…… BeatFreaks ftw!

I love Beat Freaks! They’re so amazing, and their performances always blow me away, week after week.
And to the person who said, “Also, Shane’s whole praising her putting on her shades during the spin? Is that really that amazing?” YES. It’s really that amazing! It must have been extremely difficult to keep the momentum of the spin and keep balanced WHILE reaching into her vest and putting those things on. I was amazed by it.
I’m fans of both Quest and Beat Freaks, but Quest didn’t excite me like Beat Freaks did this week and last week. But I’m positive they will be the two groups to battle it out in the finale.

This crew doesn’t suck at all, but it doesn’t deserve that much credit either. I think ABDC needs new judges. Seriously, like they point out the moments and what not, but they only do that for like a few of the crews. Quick flash back; Ringmasters shoulda been gone long time ago, but they had to eliminate Boxchuttuhz? & btw, Lil Mama has no friggen idea how to make comments and I quote “Y’know what I mean?” Dayum.
What I do think is that Quest should be ABDC, Beat Freaks are good too, but I don’t think this is the year that an all-girls crew should take over. One more year, and then that’s when I think girls should take over. But right now, I’m betting/hoping for/on Quest.

Im really trying to be fair here but I dont see how Shane Lil Mama and JC are being fair here.They both performed well and most likely end up in the final two but they’ve got to stop being biased….I think the production crew already have a winner set in mind and have told them to act accordingly.
no disrespect to beat freaks but aside from the head spins (which again wasnt clean at the end…neither was the chair…)and aside from the awesome robotic set they let me down in the middle…it got sloppy with the bats and with the hand stands to an ill freeze at the end but before it was just so vanilla…the footwork to get into the headstand was kidna mehish and if we’re talking about an even playing field then I think they should be shredded just as much as quest was the week before.They had a magical performace with the ball though last week I gotta give them props for that.
Strikers or Fly kicks for the top 3?That seems more interesting to me right now.

don’t get my wrong, the robotics stuff was tight and clean, but the rest looked kinda sloppy, the choreography with the bats was ight and i understand that that’s not an easy prop to master.
but quests performance was a lot better, it had nice choreography and when d Trix did one of the cleanest air flares I’ve seen in a long time and when they did the spinning air chair, that just blew me away.
in my opinion beat beat freaks didn’t deserve to get THAT much praise from the judges.

Dance is not all about power moves! Take some hip hop dance lessons, get educated, listen to the professionals and you’ll learn what dance is actually about!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cleaner routine when it comes to a prop like BATS. You guys have no idea just how difficult that is. I agree, some of their choreo was a little amateurish, but that was a tough routine, and not just at the iso’s in the beginning.

Beat Freaks rocks! They are so diverse. They are sexy and yet they can dance like guys. Beat Freaks can pull off jabbawockeez and turn right around and do britney spears perfectly. Quest crew ain’t bad but they are too similar to the past two winners that’s why the judges are not as interested and excited about them. Lets be honest it would boring to see another B-Boy group win.

Aye Rolo, you got your head on straight man. the only thing really interesting in this routine was the robotics. the rest was, as you said, amateur. seems to me they they were trying to match the Jabba headspin. but Rainen didnt use his hands like she did. im sure he could go much longer. I won’t say that Beat Freaks aren’t an amazing crew… they’re on-point every week.
However, I do think that the judges are a little biased - they’re cutting Beat Freaks a little slack and going really hard on Quest. Can’t side with one crew though… I love both of them dearly.

sure quest crew pulls some great moves that stuns the crowd
but the whole reason why jabbawockeez won is because they dance as a crew.

Good routine but the level of difficulty could not even come close to quest crew. The floorwork was amateur at best and at times was garbage compared to quest. From the Handstand to a roll and then stumbling to a pose to the crappy footwork and flopping before the headspin, there is no comparison. The judges are giving them a break cuz they are girls. I’d like to see the girls attempt the move d-trix did at the end of quest’s routine.
